About Cynthia
Living & Teaching With Intention
Cynthia Casal is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, model, and passionate advocate for conscious, natural, low tox living. With two decades working alongside leaders and senior executives in the corporate world, she understands firsthand the relentless pace, the mental load, and the toll that high performance environments take on the body and mind, and she knows exactly how yoga can help.
Her teaching draws from years of dedicated practice across Vinyasa and Yin traditions, woven together with breathwork, mindfulness, and a deep reverence for the body's innate wisdom. Away from the mat, Cynthia practices Vedic meditation daily. The stillness, clarity and depth that come from that practice flow into everything she teaches and every aspect of her everyday life.
Alongside her yoga practice, Cynthia collaborates with brands in the wellness, beauty, and lifestyle space, bringing an authentic presence and a discerning eye to every creative partnership.
Off the mat, Cynthia is deeply passionate about every dimension of conscious living, from natural skincare and functional nutrition to building a genuinely non toxic home environment. A lover of fitness, the outdoors, and long days at the beach, her approach to health is rooted in joy as much as intention. Now in her 40s, she is living proof that strength, beauty and vitality only deepen with time, and that this decade can be the most radiant yet. With family at the heart of everything she does, and a quiet desire to show her six year old daughter, every single day, what it looks like to truly live well.
